  I cannot recommend Ciprian and his team too highly. They were fantastic and I’ll never use anyone else. I had a major renovation inside and there were lots of quirks because it’s an old house and nothing is straight etc. Nothing was too much of a problem. Plans were made, solutions proposed, problems solved. At very fair rates. I have had other contractors who were the exact opposite. They were also at my home for several months as a downstairs bathroom was also done and it was easy and comfortable to have the team around. Problems were very minor (such as a bit messy outside for a day or two) and immediately addressed when I raised them. I hope to have them back for lots of other projects in years ahead.   We had a portion on our barn roof replaced and other portions repaired. This work included changing the pitch on approximately 144 total lineal feet with new subframing, sheathing and metal sheet. Loose nails on the entire 6000 sf roof were replaced and caulked.
